Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to our delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers should refer to our Refund & Returns Policy after receiving the product.

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your Order Number and the reason for cancellation. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.

If your cancellation request is approved, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Please note that customized, personalized, promotional, clearance, or final-sale items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed. Bare Respire Cosmetics Private Limited reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not comply with this policy.
