Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, labels, and accessories (if any).
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • The product must not have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they were received damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or storage.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable.
  • Personalized or customized products.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@mirabloom.in.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

After verification, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.


Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.
